Sweet Al`s Donut Shoppe in Cameron

Only a few doughnuts left when we got there 🙁. You must have to get there at the crack of dawn to get a variety to choose from. The doughnuts we're ok. I had huge cinnamon roll from there years ago that was the best I ever had.

Best hot meal, freshest delicious donuts, scrumptious muffins, and pastry. I always feel like a rock star when I have the pleasure of eating there.

Great donuts. They even have filled long john's. Maple ones even! My only issue is they close at noon. Not surprising, they probably work all night making a delicious bunch of donuts and deserve a bit of rest! I recommend you get there early for the best selection😉

Fantastic little "Mom and Pop" that leaves other donut shops in it's shadow. Great pastries, friendly service and a new coffee bar makes it a must stop.

Donuts we're good and you could tell they were made fresh, was a little disappointed in their selection. But it was a nice visit.

Don't stop here much but always good when I do!

Such kind staff! Very welcoming. Delicious food (donuts, and some amazing local recipes! Try the breakfast lasagna). Warm atmosphere with awesome train decorations!

Great donuts. Grew up in the area and I now live GA, but always stop in when ever I come back to town.

The staff here is top notch. They were very nice and the donuts are very delicious. A gentleman went out of the way also this weekend to help out with a short notice breakfast order for myself and some friends camping out at Wallace state park. He went above and beyond to take care of us and made a customer for life. I’ll be sure to stop by every time we go camping that way!

This place has the BEST Breakfast Lasagna and their Apple Fritters are out of this world delicious!

Really not impressed. Tiny selection on a Saturday, and the donuts were fine. They are Cash or Check only. Their store is a mess, looks like a failed antique shop.

Oil they cooked it in must been old it gave me and my husband heart burn but usually real good

OMG they definitely live up to their name! We stop by as much as we can... Don't know what they put in everything they sell but it's so additive!

We will not be going back to this business. Prices have raised yet quality did not. Also an owner that posts a smart ass sign about his political stance as you walk in the door does not get my business, if I agree or not. Just not the place, just sell the doughnuts.

Great doughnuts

Great place to stop on the road and get some apple fritters. The donuts were good, but the apple fritter was to die for. Everything was fresh and delicious. The shop has lots of train decor, even a miniature train that goes around the store. The kids love to see the train go around. The people were friendly and nice. They have clean bathrooms for a short stop. Don't miss it if you are in the area!

Besides having great fresh donuts Sweet Al's has other breakfast foods. Once inside you're encompassed by a country decor complete with train sets. Best of all sweet locally owned and very friendly.

Nice small town feel and great tasting soft doughnuts. Jalapeño and cheese Kolache was very good also. And it was very inexpensive!

We picked up donuts for a meeting, but weirdly we didn't get to eat them:( so we can't comment on the taste. They seemed to be a hit though and none were left. Al's has a great reputation in the community and the people in the store ordering swear by them. The shop is going with the train station motif, and is kind of all stuffed in a small space. We might swing through on our trip back and.give them a taste and we'll let you.know our thoughts. Jeff

Very good donuts, biscuits and gravy is decent. Can't go wrong getting breakfast here.Small store with model trains inside, has an old country store feel to it. They do take credit cards.

Awesome donuts, pastries, muffins, brownies and cookies and crossiants. They have a breakfast lasagna with or without gravy that is "da bomb", also biscuits and gravy and kolaches ( need to pre-order] before 5 a.m.) Hot tea or coffee. There is also cappuccinos, iced coffee or frappes. Milks, water, juices and sodas. Super friendly service. They also take cash, check, credit or debit. They sell out super fast, so to make sure you have yours " call in before 5 a.m. (preorder). The place that leaves you longing to return. And don't forget the all famous fritters (apple always other flavors on Friday and Saturday). Fast and friendly service with a smile. See you there.
